INGREDIENTS

  • 2lbs. Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cups BBQUE Original or Sweet Heat barbeque sauce

PREPARATION

  1. Place chicken in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. Put aside 3/4 cup BBQUE sauce and pour the rest over the chicken. Lift each chicken breast to make sure some of the sauce goes underneath. Place the lid on top and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken shreds easily with a fork.
  3. Shred chicken; return chicken to the slow cooker and cook on low for 30 minutes. Transfer shredded chicken to a separate bowl, mix with reserved BBQUE sauce, and serve. Enjoy!
